Available Positions & Interview Schedule:

1. Senior Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical)

• Interview Date: 15th August 2025 (Friday)
• Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day FM operations for assigned projects
• Supervise and lead technical teams in electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations
• Liaise with clients to resolve service requests
• Prepare technical reports and oversee procurement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years’ UAE FM experience
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

2. HSE Officer

• Interview Date: 15th August 2025 (Friday)
• Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  Requirements:
  
• Minimum 4 years’ UAE experience in FM/MEP construction
• NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in MEP or Civil Engineering
• Skilled in reviewing method statements, issuing permits, and conducting safety training
• Strong English communication skills
• UAE driving license preferred
